Experience your holiday in our beautiful holiday villas Steinbock and Gemse in Kötschach-Mauthen, Carinthia!
We welcome you in villa Steinbock, villa Gemse or in both villas in Kötschach-Mauthen which we rent out since 2016. It is a wonderful place in Carinthia, in the south of Austria just above the Italian border. As a family, we feel very much at home there, and we enjoy the peace, the beautiful nature, the various sports possibilities, hospitality and the facilities of the authentic village of Kotschach-Mauthen in Carinthia, both in summer and in winter.
We have been living in Asia for many years, but when possible, we visit one of our villas in both summer and winter. Our children feel very much at home in Kötschach-Mauthen as well, and together we enjoy the mountain hikes in the beautiful nature, the clear mountain air, the swimming in the Aquarena bath and the space around the villas. In winter the ski slope is close by and we all enjoy the beautiful winter sports in Kötschach or in Nassfeld.
We have furnished our villas with care and hope that everyone will feel as at home as we do ourselves.
